FOOD SERVICE POLICY & INFORMATION
*All events by reservation only
*Prices Quoted Are Per Person. No Reimbursement for Food.
*Buffets Require A Minimum Of 35 Guests.
*Children 4-10 Are Charged 55% of Adult Price. Children 3 and Under Are No Charge.
*All Food Charges For Food and Beverage Will Be Subject To 6% Sales Tax and An 18% Service Charge.
*Tax Exempt Forms Must Be Submitted 24 Hours Prior To The Banquet. Any Form That Is Not Submitted Will Be Subject To Pennsylvania Sales Tax.
*Reservations Will Be Taken Up To Two (2) Years In Advance, With The Exception Of The Months Of November And December. For These Months, Reservations Will Be Taken Up To One Year In Advance.
*Opened Monday – Saturday. Closed Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas
*A Deposit Of 15% Is Required At The Time Of The Reservation. This Deposit Will Be Applied Directly To Your Total Bill.
*Full Payment Is Expected One (1) Week In Advance When Paid By Check Or 72 Hours Prior To The Event, When The Final Count Is Due, If Payment Is Made With A Credit Card (MasterCard, Discover, Visa) Brickerville Restaurant Requires A Credit Card On File For Any Additional Charges And /Or Balances That May Be Incurred During The Event, Including Damage Done To The Property. Please Note: We Reserve The Right To Charge Your Credit Card The Appropriate Cost For Any Items Damaged. You Will Be Held Responsible For Your Guests Behavior.
*Three (3) Weeks In Advance: Call To Coordinate Menu And Approximate Number Of Guests Expected Including Children. Be As Accurate As Possible.
*One (1) Week In Advance: Call In Your Count. (Final Count Must Be Within 5% of Oringal Count or Availability Is Not Guaranteed (Service Charges May Apply)
*Guaranteed Count Is Required No Later Than 72 Hours Prior To Banquet. This Number Will Be Considered The Minimum For Which You Will Be Charged. Refer Below Regarding Cancellation Procedure.

Decorations Must Be Approved By The Banquet Coordinator.
*For Any Confetti Used, There Is A $50.00 Cleaning Charge Per Room.
*All Rooms Can Be Held Up To One Week Without A Deposit. Upon Receiving A Deposit, Cancellations Can Be Made In The Next 72 Hours. After That 72-Hour Window, the Deposit Is Non Refundable and Non Transferable.
